What you share with us

When you use the contact form on this site, you send Swift AI the details you type or choose:

Please send only what you are comfortable sharing. You can email us directly at anthony@swiftai.cc instead of using the form.

How we use it

We use these details to read and answer your inquiry, to arrange a call if you asked for one, and to prepare a proposal if we work together.

Who else handles it

To limit repeated submissions, the form handler briefly holds a hashed form of your network address in server memory. It is not saved as a record about you.

What we keep

Your submission arrives as an email in our inbox, and that email stays there until we delete it. The form handler does not write submissions to a database of its own. We have not set a fixed retention period; we keep inquiry emails for as long as they are useful for replying to you or for working together, and the providers above keep their own logs under their own policies.

Your requests

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your inquiry deleted from our inbox, email Anthony at anthony@swiftai.cc. We will respond as soon as we can. We can act on inquiry emails we hold and coordinate requests with our service providers where applicable. Provider records and backups follow their own retention and deletion processes.

Changes

If how we handle information changes, we will update this page and its date.
