  2. We talk it through. We learn what you need and which package, or mix of services, fits.
  3. You get a written proposal. It confirms the services, timing and fees for your business. Pages, revisions, workflows and content are shaped around your business and agreed together.
  4. We build and support. Work is carried out under your proposal.

Each package has a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee. Each package includes the one before it.

Starter

Ongoing care: Social management and content production, plus all Growth and Starter care.

Fees do not stack. Your monthly fee covers the whole selected package; you do not add the monthly fees of lower packages. Software subscriptions, AI usage and domain purchases are separate unless they are bundled in your proposal.

Billing, cancellation and ownership

When billing starts, how and when you can cancel the monthly service, and who owns the finished website, accounts and content are set out in your written proposal for your project. Please read it before you approve it, and ask us to clarify anything that is unclear.
